From the academic year 2021-2022, we adopted the DfE Pupil Premium Strategy template. This is 3 year strategy and will cover academic years 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.
We use the barriers and challenges which we have identified to ensure we put the correct measures in place each academic year to support our disadvantaged pupils.
Each academic year, the Pupil Premium Lead and staff review the outcomes of these children based on the effectiveness of the activity of the premium in that year.
At the end of the 3 years, a full review will take place whereby the challenges and key areas addressed as the main barriers for these children, will be comprehensively evaluated to ensure we are always ensuring we are addressing the correct areas to meet the needs of our children.
