Special Educational Needs Register

Children who are listed on the Special Educational Needs register will receive an individual yellow file with their personal targets listed inside. Children will receive support to meet these targets and outcomes will be assessed and revised at the end of each term.

Children will be supported to complete their SEND Support Plan. This is aiming to encourage independence, helping children to take ownership of their learning.

Children will receive three individual targets per term based on their needs and will be supported to achieve these.
